As an active member in many East Bay communities, June sees the importance of improving the lives in the communities we live and work . . . as well as those surrounding us during times of need. During the Hurricane Katrina disaster only a short time ago, June and Shawna spent a week in New Orleans, donating their time and effort to build four new homes. In addition, June and Shawna have also been able to make an impact in their own communities, donating brand new computers to schools in need and participating in the Hands of Hope – Habitat for Humanity Project. Both June and Shawna are also members of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce and the Discovery Bay Chamber of Commerce, lending a hand whenever they are needed. June currently resides in Discovery Bay and prides herself on the intricate knowledge she has obtained of this beautiful community as a resident and community member.
